Shared Services Project

The Shared Services project is an opportunity for our campus to create a premier service center that is dedicated to improving the functionality of our day-to-day financial operations. Our goal is to create a new approach to key transactions and processes that ease and/or remove the administrative burden from faculty and staff. The project is driven by four principles:
